Processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away and a tracking link when your order ships.

Delivery times

United States: 6–10 business days. Canada, UK, EU and Australia: 8–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and customs.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, message us through our contact page with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll send a replacement or refund.

Address changes

Message us within 12 hours of ordering to change the shipping address. After the order ships we can't redirect it.
