30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, message us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you a return address and refund the full product price once it arrives.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, cartridges that have been opened can't be returned unless they arrived faulty.

Warranty

Coolers and pens carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If yours fails, send us a short video and we'll replace it.

2-Year Protection Plan

If you added the Protection Plan, your cooler or pen is covered for two years from delivery, including battery failure. One replacement per item.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
